Ryan Jones

Chief Financial Officer

Ryan Jones serves as Chief Financial Officer at NCM Associates, where he oversees the financial health of the organization and leads strategic planning and financial analysis initiatives. In his role, Ryan is responsible for supporting the company’s long-term growth and operational excellence.

With more than 20 years of experience in transportation and logistics, along with four years in the oil and gas industry, Ryan brings deep industry knowledge and financial leadership expertise to NCM. He has spent the past seven years serving as a CFO, most recently with EVO Transportation and Energy Services, where he helped guide financial strategy and drive organizational performance.

Ryan is passionate about developing people and strengthening teams. He firmly believes that investing in individual growth fuels both company success and long-term career advancement. His leadership approach centers on empowering others, building strong financial foundations, and aligning strategy with sustainable growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys weightlifting, traveling, spending quality time with his family, and cheering on his children as they compete in sports year-round.
